LAMP The object of the present invention is a prefabricated recessed luminaire having a high decorative value, which is adapted to be embedded in a wall, a ceiling, plasterboard walls, and the like. In particular, the object of the present invention is a luminaire consisting of a box-shaped body which is intended to be recessed into a wall and adjusted, for example with plaster, so that an observer can observe a hollow space in the wall, which space is illuminated as needed. Recessed luminaires of the aforementioned type are known. Nevertheless, these luminaries give the viewer the impression of narrow spaces because the space that is visible from the outside seems to be small and narrow, like a kind of hollow arranged in the wall. The object of the present invention is to provide a recessed luminaire of the aforementioned type, which is able to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. This object is achieved by a recessed luminaire according to claim 1. The characteristics and advantages of the recessed luminaire according to the present invention will appear from the description of nonlimiting examples presented below with reference to the appended figures in which: FIGS. 1 and 1a, 2 and 2a illustrate a recessed luminaire and a cross-section thereof, according to embodiments of the present invention, particularly for a ceiling; FIGS. 3 and 3a, 4 and 4a, 5 and 5a, 6 and 5a, 7 and 7a illustrate a recessed luminaire and a cross-section thereof, according to other embodiments of the present invention, in particular for the side wall of a room; - Figures 8 to 12 are cross sectional drawings of. luminaires according to other embodiments of the present invention. With reference to the accompanying drawings, a recessed luminaire 1 comprises a box-like body 2 extending along a longitudinal axis X, having an interior space 3. The body 2 comprises a flat front portion 4 parallel to the longitudinal axis X. When the luminaire 1 is installed to be embedded in a wall, for example a ceiling or a side wall of a room, the front part remains visible to an observer and aligned with the surface of the wall in which it is embedded. The front portion 4 has an opening 6 which allows access to the interior space 3. According to one embodiment, the opening 6 extends along the longitudinal axis X without being delimited at the ends (FIGS. 1, 2 and 3); in other embodiments, the opening is delimited (Figures 4, 5, 6 and 7). Preferably, the opening 6 divides the front portion 4 into a first panel 8 and. a second panel 10, which are arranged on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis, without being in intersection therewith. According to one embodiment, the two panels are separated (FIGS. 1, 2 and 3); in other embodiments, the two panels are joined to each other thereby forming a frame (Figures 4, 5, 6 and 7). Each panel 8, 10 has an inner edge 8a, 10a which defines the opening 6, and an outer connecting edge 8b, 10b which adjusts the luminaire for installation. Preferably, the panel 8, 10 comprises a connecting portion 12, 14 which is longitudinal to the outer edge 8b, 10b thereof; for example, the connecting portion 12, 14 is tapered, i.e. it has a decreasing thickness away from the outer edge 8a, 10a to allow adjustment of the luminaire. Preferably, furthermore, the connecting portion 12, 14 is joined to the remaining part of the panel 8, 10 by means of a bearing, to facilitate the adjustment. Preferably, the panel 8, 10 comprises a longitudinal prompt portion 16, 18 at the inner edge 8a, 10a. According to one embodiment, the inviting part is arc-shaped and retracted towards the space, interior 3 of the luminaire (FIGS. 1 and 1a) or planar towards the remaining part of the panel (FIGS. 2 and 2a) or arc-shaped and projecting from the interior space 3 (Figure 8). The box-shaped body 2 further comprises a rear wall 20 extended along the longitudinal axis X, projecting from. the front portion 4 and to define the interior space 3 at the rear thereof. The rear wall 20 has an inner surface 20a, facing the interior space 3, which is at least partially rounded to give the viewer a spacious interior hollow volume sense. In particular, the inner surface 20a of the rear wall 20 is rounded at the portions that are visible from the opening 6 of the front portion 4. When the transverse plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and a center axis Y of the opening 6 (Figures 1a, 2a and 3a) are defined, the inner surface 20a of the rear wall 20 is, according to one embodiment, symmetrical to the middle axis Y. For example, the inner surface 20a includes substantially flat side portions 20a ', 20a' 'projecting into the front portion 4, and an arcuate middle portion 20a' '' joined to the side portions 20a ', 20a'. which overlaps the opening 6. According to other embodiments, the inner surface 20a of the rear wall 20 is asymmetrical with respect to the center axis Y (FIGS. 4a, 5a, 6a, 7a, 9). According to other embodiments, the inner surface 20a of the rear wall 20 has arcuate side portions which are joined to the respective inner surfaces of the front portion to form right angles (Fig. 10), acute angles (Figure 11) or obtuse angles (Figure 12) by. compared to these. In addition, the luminaire 1 comprises at least one light source 30, which is for example housed in the interior space 3. For example, at least one light source 30 projects from the interior space 3 through the opening 6 (FIGS. 1 and 2). According to another example, at least one light source 30 is external to the orthogonal projection of the surface of the opening 6 on the inner surface 20a along the center axis Y (FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 6). 7), so as to be hidden from the view of the observer. According to a preferred embodiment, the panels and the rear wall of the box-shaped body 2 consist of plaster, reinforced plaster or plasterboard. For example, the luminaire 1 comprises support frames 40, at least partially incorporated in the box-shaped body, to which the components of the box-shaped body are connected, for example the panels and the rear wall. When the luminaire 1 is recessed in a wall and is adjusted, the observer is brought to observe the illuminated interior recess, this recess being defined by a concave or rounded surface at the view of. 1 observer. Therefore, in an innovative way, when the observer looks at the luminaire according to the present invention, he has the perception of a large recess without spatial boundaries. Advantageously, the luminaire is also a separate body which is manufactured in the factory and is installed in the room without the intervention of skilled operators capable of working with plasterboard. In an advantageous aspect, the luminaire allows to be recessed so as to completely hide the joints with the wall. According to another advantageous aspect, the structure of the luminaire is particularly resistant and able to withstand impacts, for example during transport or during installation. Advantageously, in addition, the luminaire is manufactured in a simple and economical manner, for example by manufacturing separate parts which are then attached to the frame. It should be understood that those skilled in the art can make modifications to the recessed luminaire described above to accommodate contingency requirements; these modifications are all encompassed by the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (13) [1] A recessed luminaire (1) comprising: - a box-like body (2) extending along a longitudinal axis (X) and an inner recess (3), characterized in that the body (2) comprises a) a flat front portion (4) having an opening (6) for accessing the inner recess (3), such that a center axis (Y) is defined on the cross-section at the longitudinal axis ; b) a rear wall (20) defining the inner recess (3) at the rear thereof, having an inner surface (20a) facing the inner recess (3); - at least one light source (30) at least partially housed inside the inner recess (3), the front part (4) comprising inviting parts (16, 18) defining the opening (6) and giving rise to a shadow play which gives the viewer a spacious interior hollow volume sense, the inner surface (20a) of the rear wall (20) being at least partially rounded or concave at the visible parts of the and the inviting portions (16, 18) being arcuate and entering or exiting the inner recess (3). [2] 2. Luminaire according to claim 1, characterized in that the box-shaped body is made of plaster, reinforced plaster or gypsum board. [3] 3. Luminaire according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it is manufactured as a separate transportable part. [4] 4. Luminaire according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the front part (4) comprises connecting portions (12, 14) which are tapered outwards. [5] 5. Luminaire according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner surface (20a) of the rear wall (20) comprises side portions (20a ', 20a' ') projecting from the front portion, and a middle portion (20a '' ') joined to the side portions which overlaps the opening (6). [6] 6. Luminaire according to claim 5, characterized in that the side portions (20a ', 20a' ') of the inner surface (20a) are flat. [7] 7. Luminaire according to claim 5, characterized in that the side portions (20a ', 20a' ') of the inner surface (20a) are arcuate and form acute angles with the inner surface of the front portion. [8] 8. Luminaire according to claim 5, characterized in that the side portions (20a ', 20a' ') of the inner surface (20a) are arcuate and form obtuse angles with the inner surface of the front portion. [9] 9. Luminaire according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner surface (20a) is symmetrical about the center axis (Y). [10] 10. Luminaire according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the inner surface (20a) is asymmetrical with respect to the center axis (Y). [11] 11. Luminaire according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a frame (40) at least partially incorporated in the box-shaped body (2), by means of which the components (8, 10, 12 ) of the box-shaped body are connected. [12] 12. Luminaire according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one light source (30) projects from the inner recess (3) through the opening (6). [13] 13. Luminaire according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one light source (30) is outside the orthogonal projection of the surface of the opening (6) on the inner surface ( 20a) along the middle axis (Y).
